These Terms of Service govern your use of Margick. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your content and sites

You keep ownership of the content you upload or publish. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display and process that content to provide the service. You must have the rights to use the content you publish and may not use Margick for unlawful, harmful or infringing activity.

Plans, payments and cancellation

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you choose. You can cancel future renewal from your account; access remains available through the end of the current paid period unless the law says otherwise. Domain registrations and third-party services may have separate terms.

Service availability

We work to keep Margick reliable and secure, but no online service is uninterrupted. We may maintain, modify or discontinue features while making reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption.
